久しぶりの再訪
以前、スープカレー屋さんと思っていた誤解が解けたときから、コロナ禍時代に一、二度テイクアウトしていました。
今回、自宅の夕食を作っていたら自分の分の白飯が足りないことに気づいて、これ幸いと外食に出ました。とはいえ、すでに９時を過ぎており、所在なく歩き回ってこちらへ。
当然ラストオーダーとのことで、一気に注文しました。
生ビール、アボカド卵チーズ焼き、月替わりバターチキン（ハーフ）を注文。そんなに好きでもないし前日も都内で飲んだので、酒は不要だったのですが、少しでも自粛明けの開放感を味わいたくて、つい頼んでしまいました。
アボカド卵チーズ焼きは、卵炒めみたいな感じかな？と思っていたら、ハーフのアボカドの中に黄身が入り、チーズの蓋がされて焼かれていたもの。美味しいですが、チーズがすぐに固くなるので少し食べづらいです。でもチーズを破ると黄身が飛び出てくるのは、面白い。できればスパイスなどがかかっていたらもっといい酒肴になったかもしれません。
カレーはほぐされた鶏肉たっぷりのカレーにしっかりバターの香り、やはりココナッツミルクが少しかかって、こちらのカレーの特徴でもある辛口だけど優しい味付けになっていました。
「のめるカレー」の誤解について
平日の夜9時過ぎ、遅くなった食事はしたいが、飲みたくはない、という状況でこちらへ。実は「呑めるカレー」と謳っている看板に、かなり長い間、こちらはスープカレーのお店だと誤解していたのです。よく通りかかるのに、何となく寄らなかったのもその（勝手な）ニッチな印象のせいでした。
いずれもハーフで二皿。
ボンガススペシャル（ベーコン、完熟トマト、ふわふわたまご、キャベツ）
豚バラ大根カレー（冬季限定）
最初のものは、メニューのメインラインの中の一品ですが、このメインラインアップは、ココナッツベースで具材が異なるものとのこと。そのほかにグリーンカレーや、月替り、季節限定があるそうです。
前者はベーコンよりもふんわりして酸味のよく出たトマトの印象がありますが、名前から受けるより全体に優しい味でした。
後者の豚バラは季節限定メニュー。和風です、とのことで、確かに凄い鰹風味です。鰹節も乗っていますが、ややシャバなカレーにも出汁が効いているのではと。その分、ココナッツベースの前者よりは少し辛口が鋭い気がしました。
あとはおつまみとドリンク。

・ラッシー（甘くない）
こちらは、比較的普通ではありますが、サイドメニューも普通のディナーバーぽいものが揃っています。燻製メニューがあるので、次回はそちらも試してみたいです。
コースには、カレー食べ放題と飲み放題（ただしノンアルのみ）付き、というのも面白いです。
今回はハワイビールくらい飲みたかったのですが、翌朝が早かったことと、体調がまだ本調子ではなかったのでアルコールはいただけませんでした。

I was a little surprised to find that this restaurant (sorry) had moved to the corner of Suwa-dori, which was formerly "Bistro Kozu" and before that "Sugiura". I had been curious about it since it moved but didn't have a chance, but finally I visited for the first time. I ordered the smoked bacon chicken of the day, a draft beer because it said "drinks available", and egg and cheese. The portion is small, but it's a delicious snack with a homemade feel. The curry is the classic coconut flavor. The soft yet spicy taste calms the mind. The bacon is also delicious, but I think it would be fine to have it separately. The space has become larger, but the number of seats hasn't increased much, so the impression is still relaxed. A cable TV of 80's pop songs with a static screen was playing, which made me feel nostalgic. Since it's now more accessible from the station, it may attract more customers from outside the local area, but I hope this unique relaxed atmosphere will continue. Thank you for the meal.
