ってか、先日の職場近くの大型総合スーパーで“冬のカレーフェス”があって、思わずレトルトカレーを大量購入した件をUPしたいのですが・・・。
でも、やっぱり映画に行ったときはお楽しみにしている外食ランチを頂いちゃったんですよ。
だけど、気持ちがかなりカレーに傾いていたから外食ランチですが、カレー屋さんを探してみました。
で、こちらに決定！！
呑めるカレー屋 Bonga's Curry & Dining 立川 (ボンガズカレー＆ダイニング)さんです。
こちらのランチはall980円
定番のカレーが3種類、
日替わりと月替わりがお楽しみな感じですが、何にしようかなぁ～。
ちなみに、本日の日替わりが「トマト＆ナス＆チキンカレー」で、月替わりが「鶏肉のキーマカレー」（だったと思う）でした。
もうすっごく悩んだのですが
日替わりで。
「トマト＆ナス＆チキンカレー」です。
サッと火を通したフレッシュなトマトと茄子がとってもジューシーで、チキンはホロホロっと食べやすく柔らかくて、辛さはそのまま（中辛）だったのですが、いい感じなスパイシーさがありました。
また自宅でもスパイスカレーを作りたくなりました。
ココナツミルクもいい感じ。
だけどちょっと残念だったのが、トッピングにパクチーがなかったんですよねぇ～。
まぁ、今は葉物野菜は高い時期だから仕方ないのかなぁ～。。。
でも、月替わりのカレーも食べたかったぁ～！
ハーフ＆ハーフとかあったらいいのにぃ～！！
店内は、おしゃれな西海岸風（？）
逆光で暗いけど、サーフボードとか貝とか、ビールとか？！
ランチセットには、サラダ、ドリンクの他に、食後にはデザートのミルクプリンが付いているんです。
こちらもプリン自体は程よい甘さで、苦さもあるカラメルソースも合っていて、とってもいいデザートでしたよ♪
