海老のブラックペッパーが無いのは寂しい
すっかり立川のお気に入りの店となりました。
海南鶏飯、相変わらず美味しいです。鶏肉のしっとり感が他店との違い。
今回は名物のチリクラブを頼んでみました。
チリソースはまあまあ辛いですね。ソースをパンに付けて食べるのが美味い、のですが正直ブラックペッパーソースの方が断然美味しいです。価格も高いので1度食べれば十分かな。
連れが頼んでいたラクサはかなり美味しかった。ココナッツが効いてて優しい味。ラクサはあまり食べたことがないのですが、今まで食べた中で1番美味しい。
前回はランチでも海老のブラックペッパー頼めたのに今回はダメだと。。店員によって反応が違ってしまうのは残念です。
全体的に料理は美味しいので、今度はディナーで行こうかな。
味もサービスも最高
シンガポール料理って、安くて美味くて最高だと思ってます。
休日昼時、人気店らしく3グループほと待ち。自分らのグループで丁度閉店しました。14時閉店とありますがこの日は13:30で終了。13時くらいには来店しておくと安心かも。
サービスでジャスミン茶が出てくるのが嬉しい。
海南鶏飯
鶏肉が凄くしっとりして柔らかくて美味しい。過去最高レベルで美味い。
タレは混ぜて食べるように言われたが、赤と黄色のやつは結構辛め。黒いタレが甘くて美味しい。海南鶏飯はやっぱりこの甘いタレだなぁ。
ライス足りなくなったのでおかわりしました。
セットのミニカレー
甘辛な感じだがやや微妙。カルディのマッサマンカレーの方が美味しい。正直要らなかった。
海老の黒胡椒炒め
大好きな料理。
昼は基本セットメニューのみらしいが、試しに出来ないか聞いてみたところオッケーだったので注文。
黒胡椒がかなり効いてて結構辛めだが、パンチが効いてて美味しい。
付け合わせのパンをオススメされたのでそちらも注文。
中に海老とタレを入れて食べると最高に美味い！
米とも合うけどパンも良い。今後の食べ方に迷うところ。
デザートにライチが出て、口もサッパリ。最後まで余念がない。
料理もサービスも最高でした。必ず再訪します。

海老のブラックペッパーソースがどうしても食べたくなり訪問。
前菜でキャロットケーキなるものを初めて食べたが、かなり美味しい。
ニンジンもないし炒めものなのに、何でキャロットケーキって言うんだろう？
海老のブラックペッパーや海南鶏飯は安定の美味さ。
海老はやはりパンよりご飯との方が相性良いかな。
