Tachikawa Bar Wandering Day Afternoon Part, We arrived at Tachikawa, our base for tonight, but we had a little time before check-in, so we took a walk around the area. This is our first time coming to Tachikawa, but there are a lot of restaurants around here, especially Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). I got the impression that there were a lot of Ramen shops. There are many restaurants where you can drink during the day, but on this holiday, many of them were fully booked, so we decided to hit this one with an empty seat at just the right time! Although the name of the store sounds scary, the atmosphere is bright and easy to enter. When you entered, there was a counter in the back, tables and a large monitor behind it, and there were several people there. The menu has categories such as the famous salt-boiled offal, the famous fried chicken, snacks, fried noodles, sashimi, dashi-grilled egg, special dishes, and soba.I ordered lemon sour, salt-boiled offal, and chicken wasabi. So, the lemon sour from the specialty bar arrived in seconds. I like this drink. The salted motsu stew that arrived was served on a small plate, but it was piled high and topped with white onions. When I received it, I noticed that the toppings were lively, such as giblets, carrots, chikuwa, and daikon radish.I don't know many other salty giblet stews, but this salty one is also delicious. The pepper added to it goes well with it. The chicken wasabi has a moist breast and the flavor of coarsely ground wasabi makes it a nice accompaniment. My first lunch in Tachikawa was delicious. It was a feast.
