ニューレトロな新世代居酒屋

立川駅の南口から割とすぐの『ビースト原田』さん。昭和のプロレスラーみたいな店名で、見た目もメニューもぱっと見はなんともレトロ（私はど真ん中世代ですけどね）な感じですが、プロジェクターがあったり、シャレオツなオリジナルジョッキがあったり、普通に肉の刺身メニューかと思いきや「低温調理」とかサラっと書いてあったり…
と、古き良き居酒屋の雰囲気を活かしつつ、見事に現代文化との融合を果たしていらっしゃいます。

今やある意味最大のクチコミサイトとなった「グー⚪︎ルマップ」では提供時間についてネガティブな意見も見られましたが、私が行った時はけっこうサクサク出てきてました。平日だったからかな？

低温調理の『タン刺し』は思ってたのとちょっと違かったけど美味しかったです。
『煮込み』はボリュームこそあと一つながらも味はしっかり染み染み。『唐揚げ』も数種類の部位から選べ、盛り合わせも可能なのは嬉しい。

料理が全体的にボリュームが少ない気はするものの、味は個人的に好みなものばかりでした。
