立川駅に予定があり夜ご飯を探していると、
シンプルながらインパクのあるこちら発見。
かなりピンポイントな店名が気になり伺いました。
（連れは魚が苦手ですが、強引にいきました。笑）
店内は個室っぽいお席からカウンターまで。
壁にはお酒がびっしり。
今回の注文内容
揚げ棒餃子
カツオの塩たたき
親鳥の炭火焼き鉄板
鶏たたき3種盛り合わせ
自家製鶏の白湯の炊き餃子
胡麻かんぱち
牛もつ鍋（2名様分）

薬味も7種類あり、いろいろな味で食べられる。
透き通る身も美しく美味しい！
胡麻かんぱち
銀色の部分が美しく残る、引き締まった脂たっぷりの身。薬味との相性もよく最高。
牛もつ鍋
鍋で一番好きなもつ鍋。
ふんだんに盛られた野菜と牛もつ鍋。
運ばれた時は色も濃くびっくりしまたが、濃すぎず丁度いい味付け。
もつの美味いが出たスープは最高にうまい！笑
車で行ってたので今回はお酒はお預け。
種類も多く気になるのが多かっただけに残念。
次回はお酒のために伺います！笑
