春のサラダバー✿ : Suehiro Kantachi Kawahinobashiten

久々に来ました！
サラダバーが冬から春へ♪
旬ものが食べられるのは最高ですね！

今回いいな〜と思ったサラダバーは「菜の花とツナの和風パスタサラダ」ですね！
決して割合が多いわけではないですが、菜の花が入ってるのはすごい！ただし、和風とあるけどツナマヨベースなので、私的には和風ではなかったですが（笑）子どもは確実に好きな味です！
写真左上の「竹の子と彩り大根の梅風味サラダ」は美味しかったですが、竹の子はあまり感じられず……たまたまかな？
あと嬉しかったのは、冬メニューだと思っていたネギとザーサイのサラダが今回もあったことですね！

GW期間中は、強制的に全ランチメニューでサラダバーがついてました。
あと、沢山あって選べるはずのハンバーグソースは３つに限定（ただし、おかわりソースは全てから選べる）という仕様に変更中でした。

知らずに行ったので多少驚きましたが、これもお店の働き方改革！
確かにいつもより混んでいたので、こういう縛りもアリですね。

Well, this is already my second visit. This time, based on what we learned from last time, we went with the following strategies: ・Children → Bar items (free for children under 5 years old) ・Adults will share the meat ・Adults → choose a meat-heavy menu with the assumption that it will be shared between children... . So, I went with the salad bar set (1,518 yen) of ``Japanese-style grated Hamburg (230g)'' and the ``beef Croquette (+165 yen)'' with an additional topping. Hamburg sauce is fixed to Japanese-style grated sauce. Croquette came with a separate sauce. Regarding the above, there is one thing that I thought was a mistake after eating it. I wish I had made it a normal hamburger Hamburg and used Japanese-style grated sauce for the sauce. It's true that the green shiso and grated daikon radish aren't included, but the grated daikon radish is included in the sauce, right? LOL But, the 100% domestic beef was delicious. Children also seem satisfied. Ah, that's right. Actually, the bread from Bread Bar is quite delicious! There are quite a few types as well. The kids were also eating a lot. Also, this was my second time there on a similar date, and the salad bar contents had changed from the fall menu to the winter menu. It's great that the menu changes with the seasons!

I came to this store for the first time because I was attracted by the meat and salad bar. I found out after entering the store that in addition to the salad bar, there are also soup bars, bread bars, drink bars, and other ◯◯ bars! ! ! I chose the daily lunch special. On this day, I chose Suehiro Hamburg (170g) & Croquette, which I made into a salad bar set (free refills of rice + soup bar + salad bar). This is quite 1408 yen! By the way, there are many types of Hamburg sauce, but depending on the menu, it is fixed, and this one was a demi sauce. Hamburg claims to be made with 100% domestic beef, so it's quite meaty! Is delicious! ＊＊＊＊＊ Also, this time I had lunch with my children, so I would like to share my thoughts on that as well. I ordered the Suehiro Kids Plate for my child (1 year old). And what's on the children's menu? ◯◯All bars come with it! ! I was happy to choose it because I thought it was a good deal, but in conclusion, it was too much for a 1 year old (lol).And when I looked at the menu carefully, I found that all ◯◯ bars are free for children under 5 years old. did. So, I ordered a single ◯◯ bar, and an adult shared the meat...and it was enough for a 1 year old! In fact, it's free for children under 5 years old! Highly recommended for lunch with kids! ! !
