またまた立川です。
前回は2階の系列店、「カレー会議室」へ行ったけど、その時に迷っていた１階の「つけ蕎麦 BONSAI」へ入店。こちらも天然素材にこだわったお店です。
券売機で食券を買うシステムです。迷ったけど、「ごまだれ鶏つけ蕎麦」の大を注文。
店員さんに食券を渡し、席で待つことしばし、料理到着です。。おおっ！！ぼりゅーみぃ。見た目満足！！
実食・・麺は黒く太めです。食べると蕎麦の香りがしますね。これが濃厚なつけだれと良く絡みグッドです。つけだれは濃厚でくりーみぃ。くるみのアクセントがいいですね！もちろん鶏肉もたれに合い美味しいです。そばだけどボリュームがあり、満腹感ありですね。
最後に割スープを足してつけだれもすべて完食！！ごちそうさまでした!(^^)!
