軽いランチにピッタリ♪
都内のあちこちで見かけつつも、一度も利用したことがなかったカフェコムサ。
週末のおひとりさまランチで初めて利用しました。
注文したのは「スープサラダセット」。
ボリュームとしては軽めで、男性なら全然足りないと思います(^^;;
この日は少々キツめの服を着ていたこともありw、あまりガッツリ食べたくなかったのでちょうど良かったです。
フードメニューは今回のスープサラダセットの他にサンドウィッチがありました。
ケーキ類は充実していますが、おすすめはフードメニューとセットで頼めるミニデザート。
出てくるのは単品メニューにもある「プラドフリュイ」のスモールサイズです。
コレがかなり満足感高いです。
フードメニューを注文する時にはぜったいミニデザートも頼むべき！
軽めのランチをしたい時にはまたここでコレ食べようっと♪

最近、立川伊勢丹でのおやつタイムはコチラでプラドフリュイをいただくことが多いです。
全然安くない、むしろ私のひとりカフェタイムで利用するには予算オーバーなんだけど好きなんだからしょうがない(笑
100円値上げしちゃったけどそれでも好きです。
甘さ控えめでヘルシーで満足感の高いスイーツ。
