2022年11月29日（火）昼食。
午後から村山で仕事。昼食は立川で。やすらぎ通りを歩いているうちに立川通りに出てしまったので、かずに入ってみることにした。和はこの夏グリーンスプリングスの店に入った。
11時41分、店内はがらがらだったのだが、何だか暗くて狭い席に通されてしまった。外から見るとなかなかスタイリッシュな店なのだが（店は建物の2階にある）。焼肉定食のカルビ定食（1290円）をライス大盛で注文した。
やがて出てきたカルビ定食。6切れのカルビを2回に分けて焼いて食べた。肉はまあ普通。火が前半は弱くて後半は脂が燃料に落ちて強くなってしまって、焼きはあまりうまくいかなかった。たれは甘かった。でもまあ、おいしく食べた。
