1Fが駐車場で2Fが店舗とファミレスっぽいかな？
ただ白を基調とした建物は控えめに言ってもダサくはないです。

その日の接客の印象
かなり教育されている印象で、しっかりしていると思いました。
ちなみに、写真のサラダやスープは1つを頼んで別容器に盛ってもらった為少なく見えていると思います。
これも僕らから申告したのではなく店員さんの気配りです。
味の印象
他の支店に行った時程の感動は無かったものの、価格の差を考えると全然アリな印象でした。
先ずはタン、かなり厚みのあるタンで食感、肉感も高くレベル高かったです。
オススメとの事の黒豚硬ロース
かなり大判の薄切り肉で、やはり焼肉は厚切り肉で、かつ牛の方が個人的には好みかな〜と思いました。
続いて和牛カルビ、かなりサシが乗っていておまけに下味もタレなので若干クドかったかな？肉自体は良い物なのはわかりましたけどね
続いてハラミ、こちらもカルビと同じく下味はタレでしたが肉質の違いからかクドさは感じなかったですかね。
刺し身風ロースは片面焼きを勧められ、いくら牛肉とはいえ片面焼きは初の試みでビビりましたが、赤身肉らしくサッパリとしたお味でネギの風味も効いてなかなか良かったです。
肉のトリにはあっさりとした赤身、ロースの中でもイチオシの商品のようで肉感高い上にサッパリとしていてかなり美味しかったです。
全体の大トリには赤スープ、所謂ユッケジャンスープ的な物で、まずまずですがもう少し旨味が効いている方が好みでしたかね。
ちなみに、お酒は殆ど写真撮り忘れましたが僕が生×2、ハイボール×3で、連れはお酒飲めない人なのでソフトドリンク2杯でした。
お酒のラインナップはちょっと少なめというかチョイスが独特かな〜とは思いました。
こちらも写真撮り忘れましたがウイスキーは角、メーカーズマーク、イチローズモルトでした。
コスパの印象
食べる量によっても違うと思いますが、5,000〜10,000円位の雰囲気でチェーンと高級店のちょうど中間位といった印象でしょうか
接客も良いので僕個人としては大アリですが、目茶苦茶コスパ優良店とまでは言えない位の感じというか
総じての印象
僕個人が今まで和さんの系列店2店回って良い印象だったのに引っ張られている可能性は否定できませんが、それを考慮しても人にオススメなお店だと思いました。
なにより友人との食事だったので接客が良かった所が嬉しかったです。
一人ならともかく友人と一緒の食事の時に接客良くないお店行きたく無いですからね。
立川市で焼肉屋さん行きたいけど、チェーン店は流石に飽きたといった方は是非。
