多摩モノレール立川北駅から5分くらい、都道16号線沿い松屋 立川曙橋店さんの脇を入った隣にあります。
あちこちにあるキャンティさん、地元では何度となくお世話になっていました。
しばらくぶりなので、まだオープンして間もないこちらへ。
照明を落とし気味の店内、キッチンをL字に囲んだカウンター席にテーブル席とあります。
ランチ終了間近でしたがほとんどの席が埋まっていました。
日替わりパスタランチ（￥1,000）をお願いしました。
パスタの他にサラダ、スープ、パン、ドリンクが付きます。
行った日のパスタは小ヤリイカとキャベツのペペロンチーノでした。
ドリンクはホット紅茶を食後で。
すぐにやや苦みのある葉物サラダと玉ねぎの入ったコンソメスープ？が出されます。
ニンニクの効いたあのドレッシングが好きなのですが、今回は少なめで残念…。
ほかのお店ではドレッシングは少ない方が良いのですが、こちらは別です。
食べ終わるころにパスタとパンが到着。
ペペロンチーノは乳化しており美味しいのですが、パウダー？の唐辛子タップリで辛いです…。
パスタの茹で加減もちょうど良くてさすがの美味しさ。
パンはトーストされたフランスパン2切でした。
食後に出された紅茶はストレート、テーブルにミルクやお砂糖がセットされています。
食事中にランチ終了ということもあり慌ただしかったのが残念。
今度はもっと余裕を持っていきたいです。
