平日の夜にディナー訪問。
お肉とチーズが自慢な立川のイタリアンバル。
お店は立川駅北口から近く、
伊勢丹近くの大通り沿いのビル5F。
カジュアルなテーブル席を横目に奥に進むと
ガラッとどこか異国風の雰囲気に変わって
さらに秘密基地的な席もあり少年心をくすぐります^^
まず驚いたのはお料理メニューの豊富さで
定番のバルメニューに加えて韓国風のチキンや
しゃぶしゃぶ、鍋まであってこれは迷う…
ひとまずはおすすめメニューを中心に
肉寿司から霜降り牛タン握りをオーダー！
店員さんが目の前で炙ってくれる演出つき！
じわっと浮き出る脂にカリッとした香ばしさ、
やっぱり炙りたてはひと味ちがいます★
チーズ料理からは厚切りベーコンラクレット。
ベーコンが隠れるほどかかったチーズは
とろーっと伸びて盛り上がるやつ(〃ω〃)
ちょうど良い塩気でレモンサワーが進みます！
続けて熱々のスキレットで出てきたのは
大きくて肉厚なホタテのバター鉄板焼き。
食欲をそそりまくる甘いバターの香りに
ぷりっぷりの弾力、そして弾ける旨み！
メインは牛ハラミステーキ。
想像してたよりボリュームがあってコスパ高し★
柔らかいサーロインやリブも美味しいけど
肉感を存分に楽しみたいならやっぱりハラミ！！
最後はSNS見て気になってた和牛ウニドックで〆
ハーフサイズながらうにがたっぷりのってて
ピンクとオレンジのコントラストが映える〜
濃厚なウニと和牛の甘さが口いっぱいに広がる
贅沢すぎるひと口を堪能して大満足でした。
スタッフの連携が良いからか、
お料理の提供スピードもとても早い気がしました^^
