水上に渓山荘というペット宿があり、
そこでよくパエリアを食べてました
残念ながらそこは閉めてしまい、
美味しいパエリアを食べたいとずっと思っていました
立川には無いと思い込んでましたが、
TVにコチラが出ていたのを見て来店です
一口食べて驚愕しました
どうやらこれまで私が食べていたのは
パエリア風の日本料理だったようです
パエリア鍋には黄金色の米が薄く広がっています
出汁をたっぷり吸っているのにアルデンテ
芯の食感とおこげの食感がパーフェクトです
スペインには行った事はありませんが
何故かコレが本物のパエリアなんだと理解できます
ここ数年食べた物の中で一番本物感を味わいました
この感覚は
香川で地元の人に教えてもらった
汚いセルフサービス店で食べた讃岐うどん
(東京で食べる讃岐うどんは名店と言われていても
偽物ですw 何度もガッカリさせられました)
それ以来の感覚でした
立川にこんなお店があって感謝です
これは通うの決定ですね
最後に出てきたチュロスも今まで食べた物とは違う
本物感でした
