週末の夜に予約で友人と二名で訪問。
・お店の内観は雰囲気のある可愛らしくて落ち着きもある空間。2名席多数とカウンターもありました。いわゆるバルですね。
・お料理はパエジャが中心でコースもありましたが、アラカルトで前菜盛合わせとイワシのマリネを注文。パエジャは時間かかるのでミックスを選んで最初にオーダーしました。
・ドリンクは地ビールをそれぞれとスパークリングを１本、後はグラスでワイン数杯追加。
・印象的だったのはビールが飲みやすくキッシュが美味しかった。パエジャは普通かも。本番の味を期待したが家庭と変わらんかな。米もやわらか目の炊き上がりでアルデンテじゃあ無くおこげも無し。海老やムール貝、鶏肉といった具材も極めて普通。味は出汁中心の優しい味付けでした。
・開店時間で予約したのに時間過ぎるまで開かないのは今時のフツーなのかな。滞在中も暇な割に居心地の良いサービスとは言いづらい印象でした。
