ケーキは、シューキャラメル、アブリコ、和栗モンブランの三点。ビターチョコや洋酒を使ったものが気になりましたが、持ち帰り用だったのででこんな感じにしてみました。
全体に生クリームやムースは軽め、マロンやキャラメルは濃厚、というコントラスト。こじんまりしてオーソドックスなフォルムながら、しっかりした印象が残る味です。
焼菓子はフルーツケーキ、フィナンシェ、マドレーヌの定番三品。こちらは生菓子とは変わって控えめな味。とはいえ薄いということではなく、全体のバランスが良く取れていて、突出したものがないという感じでした。
まったくバックグラウンドや経緯を知らずにふらりと寄ってしまいましたが、急にお土産を持っていくお出かけが、というとき（あまりなさそうですが・・・）に迷わず立ち寄れるお店だと思いました。
