立川のグリーンスプリングスにある高級感漂う蕎麦屋。
クリスマスイブに蕎麦屋に来る人はあまりいないだろうと思い行ってみたら、店内には意外と人がいました(笑)
十割そばを食べるのは人生初！歯ごたえがあって、でも固過ぎちょうど良い固さで、めんつゆもおいしく最高の一品！食後は蕎麦湯で一杯いかせていただきました。
ミニ天丼の内容は、
・海老天、１本
・ヤングコーン
・春菊？(恐らく)
天ぷら達は油っぽ過ぎず、てんつゆは濃過ぎずちょうどいい味付けでとてもおいしい天丼でした。
そばと天丼、共通して言えるのは味付けがちょうどよく、高級感のある一品でしたね。はい。
