立川グリーンスプリングスにある手打ち蕎麦屋。
世田谷の石はらの出店だ。
店内は右が椅子席、左が半個室と調理場になっていて、テラス席もある。
蕎麦は二八と十割があり、ランチの海鮮丼との組み合わせで十割蕎麦を注文した。
蕎麦は小山のようにせいろに盛られ、エッジは立っている。
切りむらや端切れはあまり目立たない。
蕎麦の味と香りはあるが十分とは言えない。
薬味はネギとわさびで、わさびは良くない。
辛汁はどちらかといえば安価な感じだ。
蕎麦湯は釜湯にいくらか蕎麦粉を溶いてとろっとしている。
風味はあるが十分ではない。
価格はどちらかといえば廉価だが、玄蕎麦も廉価な感じで、この時期なので風味は乏しい・
週末の訪問なのでかなりの賑わいを見せていたが、ほかの店舗も賑わっていた。
石臼での挽きたて、打ち立てと書かれているが、今ではどこでも見られるキャッチコピーだ。
