モーニング女子に結構ウケてる
という情報をゲットし行って来た。
立川駅南口から徒歩4分の好立地。
オープンの8時に口開けの客。
ドアを開けると、
ウッディな雰囲気でこじゃれている。
キッチンに男性、ホールに女性の二人オペ。
電源のある場所を教わり、
奥のカウンター席に座る。
Wi-Fiも完備。
スタンダードなジャズが流れる。
「モーニングAセット」（583円）
をホットコーヒーでお願い。
ホールの女性は口数は少ないが、
存在自体がフレンドリーで
相手の気持ちを明るくするタイプ。
先にマグカップでホットコーヒー。
苦みから来るオーガニックなタイプ、
土っぽい香り、雑味は少ない。
モーニングプレートが届く。
ワンプレートに、
トースト、サラダ、
スープ、ウフマヨ
がのっかる。
温かいスープには野菜がたっぷり、
ハーブの香り、
あっさりながらも滋味深い味わい。
トーストは小さな豆が入った五穀パン、
もっちりした仕上がり。
サラダにはレタス、紫キャベツ、カボチャ、
チキン、トルティーヤチップ、
シーザードレッシングがかかる。
見た目よりあっさりした仕上がり。
ウフマヨを割ると、
理想的な半熟、
マヨはやや酸味が勝つ。
立て続けに若いお嬢さんたちが入ってくる。
どういうわけか皆さん予約名を告げる。
ガラガラなのに予約するほど慎重なのか、
とっても人気なのか。
