立川でランチ。
最近、体重が増えてきて、ヘルシーなものが良いと思いました。
鎌倉野菜のファーマーズサラダ&ミートパイ1640円が
野菜たっぷりみたいで、注文しました。
まず、スープが登場。
ミネストローネみたいに具だくさん。
次にプレートが登場。
驚くほどの野菜の量です。
野菜は新鮮でマンゴーと何かのドレッシングがよく合う。
大量の野菜でも苦なく食べられます。
ミートパイがジューシー。
肉の旨味がパイによくしみて美味しい。
鶏肉も胸肉かな。これもヘルシーな感じ。
最後にドリンクは、ホット紅茶。
これが大きなマグカップで出てきます。
ダージリンかな。いい香りです。
値段はちょっと張りますが、オトクなランチと思います。
