2023.7【来訪】JR立川駅から徒歩1分！昔からあるイタリアンのお店。平日の夜利用。店はB1階ですが、店内は白壁で清潔感あり。席も広々で様々なシーンに利用可。種類は多くありませんが、ピザ・サラダ・パスタ・ラザニア・リゾット・デザートまで、シンプルメニューが勢揃い！お値段も税込1,500円前後とリーズナブル。ドリンクは700円前後で、サングリアもあり。美味しかったのは野菜サラダ。自家製りんごドレッシングの甘み＆酸味が夏にぴったり。野菜もシャキシャキで色々な野菜が。続いて…カプレーゼ。大きな丸いトマトに炙りチーズ。バジルも新鮮でドストライク！チーズの炙りがいいアクセント。そして、ラザニア！初めてラザニアを食べた時の感動を思い出す…懐かしい味。塩味も程よく、良く煮込んだミートソースがいい。がっつりゴルゴンゾーラのニョッキも弾力があっていいっ。ピザはシンプル過ぎるトマトソースがちょっと物足りなかったけれど、生地が柔らかで子供受けしそう。ドリンクのグラスも大き目で満足度たかし。厨房スタッフの姿が見える席でしたが、手際の良さにも感動。もっと前から通っていたかったと思ったお店です。また利用します！
