I went there for a drinking party after work. It's a short walk from Tachikawa Station, a little away from the area with many Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). This time I reserved a private room, so I was guided to a private room. I visited around 7:00 p.m. on a weekday, but there were many other customers and it was quite crowded. I asked for the all-you-can-drink plan and toasted with draft beer. The draft beer was Premium Malt's. Even though they seemed busy, they served it quickly, and the amount of foam and the temperature were just right! It was a delicious drink. I ordered the meat Sushi and meat platter recommended by the waiter, and also had edamame, fried chicken, chicken sashimi, and garlic rice. The edamame came out soon after I ordered it. The saltiness was just right and it was delicious. The chicken sashimi had a unique texture that was irresistible, and I had it with wasabi, which was also delicious! The fried chicken was hot and plump! It was fried with the skin on, so the skin had a crispy texture, making it a good deal. The staff will grill the meat Sushi over a burner to your liking. I had it slightly rare, but the melting texture of the fat and the sweet and salty sauce are addictive. Meat Sushi is really delicious...! The meat platter is Meat Bar 's specialty, with an assortment of Cow tongue, wagyu Steak, chicken thighs, and pork belly, and each piece is cut quite large, so it's very filling! Everything was delicious, but the strong flavor of the wagyu Steak and the unique texture of Cow tongue were irresistible. All the staff were energetic and lively, yet polite. The restaurant was comfortable, and I personally really liked it. Thank you for the meal!
