On this first day of work, I went around greeting New Year's greetings to several houses, and finally, I greeted the customers in Tachikawa and ended today's work. It's 4pm, so let's have a drink in Tachikawa. What came was Grilled skewer Tamagawa. I once drank at an affiliated Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) on the first day of work. I'm glad that restaurants in this group allow you to drink early. restaurant is underground, and when you go down the stairs you will find a surprisingly large store. There are 10 seats at the L-shaped counter and many table seats. When I told the staff that I was alone, I was guided to a counter seat. For sake, I choose Hoppy, but since I had a 360ml bottle of Takara Shochu (980 yen), I ordered that bottle and Hoppy White (290 yen) instead of the Hoppy set. Then, a male clerk in the kitchen in front of me told the female clerk who was taking orders that Shiro was finished. Then the female clerk told me that the white color was sold out. I thought something was wrong and asked the male staff in the kitchen if they were done with Hoppy's white. When I asked, Oh, sorry, I thought it was Shiro from Yakiton... It was a misunderstanding by the clerk in charge of Yakiton who had reacted to the word Shiro. I was relieved that my order went through, but for some reason the Hoppy that was served to me was black (tears) By the way, the single-drink bottle came with ice in an ice bucket.Raw cabbage was served as an appetizer. There are 3 types of sauces to put on the cabbage: salt sauce with aroma and garlic, garlic miso sauce, and mayonnaise. Since there is a lot of cabbage, I personally think it would be fine with just this knob, but it doesn't work that way. ◆Super coarsely ground shumai (150 yen) (Yen/1 piece) The super coarsely ground shumai is ordered from 2 pieces, so I ordered 2 pieces.The meat seems to be roughly cut, but it's steamed until it's very soft, so I can't really tell how rough it is (lol) The taste is delicious. ◆Tsukune (200 yen) with egg (50 yen) The texture of the cartilage is crunchy and the ginger is effective. The sauce is smooth. ◆Miso-marinated pork belly (180 yen) The miso-marinated pork belly has a good taste but is small. As I was drinking Hoppy and looking for some extra nibbles, I came across Moya Jiro (480 yen), a dish that I couldn't pass up as a Jirorian.The menu said it was Jiro style Ramen top.So I ordered it. The pork is rolled pork, and unlike Jiro, there are two thin slices.The hot, boiled bean sprouts are topped with seasoned back fat.Below the bean sprouts is a light soup with a hint of garlic. If you don't go for something better (780 yen), it won't be as impressive as Jiro. Drink for about 2 hours and pay. Tamagawa Group is reliable in Tachikawa.
