コロナ禍で身動き取れない中、インスタグラムなどで情報が入ってくるんだけど、行けずモヤモヤしていたお店☆少しずつ当たっていこうと思っています♪
GO TO EATS で溜まった食べログポイントいよいよ消化しなきゃ～☆と一人飲みでお邪魔しました。
諏訪神社方面。
担ぎ屋さんの手前の左へのカーブ正面。
ホルモン焼きが美味しかった座敷が貴重な居酒屋さん跡地。
「ファンキー原田 本店」さん。
インスタグラムでチェックして、どこにできたんだろう・・・と思っていましたが、イイ感じのオシャレな大人の隠れ家に進化していました。
かなりいじって、イイ感じの雰囲気。
照明から大人の雰囲気で、しっぽり語り酒にイイ感じです♪

ごめんなさい。
見やすいメニュー☆の提供が自分の信条なので、撮り損ねると凄い悔しいです。（苦笑）
それにしても新庄監督…。（笑）
楽しみですね♪
イマドキのリーダー像って、前面に出ないでみんなの声をいかにまとめて・どう整理するかという形がスタンダードだと思うので、真逆なスタイル☆どういう形が形成されていくのか。
そして一過性でなく、数年経過しての形となり得るのか。
気になります。
藁焼きは、かなりのインパクト！
炎と煙の演出も楽しいですし、藁焼きの焼きたて☆風味がイイ感じ♡
厚切りで食べ応えがあります。
黒毛和牛の肉串は、上質な肉質感☆が幸せな気分になります。
雲丹の甘鯛包み揚げ・納豆の出汁巻き☆職人さんの美味しいお料理を楽しめる感じが、本店のスタイル☆って感じでイイですね♪
隠れ家感満点☆で間接照明の大人の雰囲気が、立川では意外と貴重で重宝しそうです。
