豊田和成氏が代表を務める株式会社KAZUが運営する焼肉専門店。立川市内を中心に3つのブランド(焼肉家和、焼肉家かず、焼肉家Kazu)と牛肉丼屋和ららぽーと立川立飛店を運営していて、店舗は全部で直営9店舗(焼肉家和本店、焼肉家和はなれ、焼肉家和 shin 立川、焼肉家かず立川店、焼肉家かず府中店、焼肉家かず三鷹店、焼肉家Kazu神楽坂本店、焼肉家Kazu神楽坂別邸)展開している。焼肉家和 shin 立川は2021年9月16日にオープンした。
お店の場所は、グリーンスプリングス立川E3 / 2Fにお店があります。最寄り駅はJR立川駅北口から徒歩9分の場所にございます。営業時間はランチ11時〜15時30分、ディナー17時〜22時。定休日は不定休。席数は62席で個室が5つあります

ランチタイムに訪問しましたが、ランチのローストビーフ御膳やサーロインステーキ定食が必食！サーロインステーキ定食のボリュームがすごすぎて1,980円はコスパが良すぎます。和牛のタンも置いていて嬉しい。立川エリアで美味しい焼肉を食べたい方は和で決まりです。
