立川駅北口から徒歩2、3分、伊勢丹横『広島お好み焼き ホプキンス 』さんに、14時、ランチで相方と訪問です。
こちら、福生が本店「道頓堀」さん系列ということで、久しぶりの粉もんです。
看板は、広島と言えばのレッドなカラーリング、店内にインしますと、カープ♪カープ♪広島♪な野球グッズが飾ってあります。テーブル席もありますが、下足して奥の窓際テーブルに着座です。
BGMは、スプリングスサンバ♪大場久美子さんが流れております。可愛かったけど、歌下手だったなぁ。(笑)
ある番組で、広島「中ちゃん」のウニクレソンという鉄板焼きが紹介されてて、もう頭の中は、「ウニクレソン」とリフレインが叫んでる。(笑)
ということで、こちらにもありましたウニクレソン！発注です。
ネーミングそのままにウニとクレソン焼き、バター焼きですかね、ウニともマッチ、味はグッドですが、TVで見たのと、若干、物足りなさを感じますが、まままぁ、これは、広島でのリベンジを楽しみにすることにしましょう。(笑)
広島お好み焼き店ですが、おでんもあり、昼間ですが、ドリンクは、なんでそんなにピンクなんだよw、シソ風味バイスサワーあり、いっちゃいます♪
スタンダードなそば入り広島焼きに、〆は、醤油味がいい感じ、いか飯でごちそうさまです。
