立川駅前でロケをした帰り、
少し遅めの時間で開いてる店も少ない中、
「なんか美味しそう！」という勘がして
飛び込んだこのお店。
広島風お好み焼きはかなり久しぶりなので
ちょっと期待しつつ。
ラストオーダーギリに入ったにもかかわらず
とっても感じの良い対応をしてくれた
女性店員さん。
気分よくなり、
お好み焼きだけのつもりだったのですが
もう少し頼もうという気持ちになりました。
というわけで「チーズ肉玉そば」に加えて、
「おでん」と「塩キャベツ」を注文。
この「おでん」が予想以上に美味しかったです。
醤油出汁ではなく、薄めの味噌味で、
これが広島風なのかどうかわかりませんが、
メインのお好み焼きを待つ間に
小腹を埋めるにはもってこいの、
いい意味でのあっさり味が心地よいです。
そして届いた、お好み焼き。
焼きそば入りでふっくら膨らんだ
見た目から美味しそう。
少し薄味かな？というのがあると、
そう思って追加でかけた追いソースが
僕にはちょっと辛口だったのはありますが、
ほどよく美味しかったです。
とにかく店員さんの対応が心地よかったので
また機会があれば行きたいと思います。
