ガレーラ立川のおでんやさんに再訪(o^－^o) 車麩旨すぎ～ポテトサラダはレベルアップしていました( *´艸｀)
今日は、親戚と立川に来ています(o^－^o)
お腹の空いた肉団子、あっここには、ガレーラさんがあったんだった～と急遽ガレーラさんへ向かう～
居酒屋集合体ガレーラ立川さん～土曜日ですが、まだ五時で、満席ですよ(;￣ー￣A
凄い盛況ぶり～ｗｗｗ
ほぼ満席でしたね～このガレーラの中に肉団子のお気に入りのおでんやさんがありまして～
それが、ここ、ねりもんさんです(o^－^o)
八王子会の重鎮食べログ女王&うっかり懐メロを唄ってしまう永遠の25歳shockさんのご紹介で訪問し、すっかりこのお店のトリコに( *´艸｀)
たまたま四人がけが一席だけ空いており、そちらに二人で座らせてもらいました～神対応にも感謝～
やはり最初に出てくる、おちょこ鶏出汁プース～が相変わらずヤバイですね( *´艸｀) これお代わりできないですかね？(o^－^o)
うますぎ～
五種盛りの車麩、ふにゃふにゃしておらず、しっかりとした食べ応えあるお麩で、噛むとお出汁が染み出てきてもう…( *´艸｀)追加でお代わりしましたよ～
練り物も柔らかめで美味しいですね～追加の鶏にらロールも、鶏ももの食感と旨味も出ていて、あっという間にパクっと～
ポテトサラダも以前より、ゴロゴロ感が増しており、中に沢庵かなぁ？大根だと思いますが、サラダの中に入っていて最高でした(o^－^o)

本日は、西八王子のラーメン新店からの帰り道、八王子会の重鎮shock absober様にすっかり魅せられてしまった、ガレーラ立川内の、おでんやさん( ￣ー￣)ﾉ鶏出汁おでんの、ねりもんさんに初訪問です いやー昨年あの車麩のレビューに魅せられてしまったんですよラヲタ肉団子( *´艸｀) 肉団子は基本お酒を呑まないんですが、こんな魅力的な、おでんやさんは観たいこないぞ(o^－^o) ラーメンの帰りで午後三時頃の友達と二人で訪問、お店は立川駅の北東側、物凄いせま～い道を入ると、あらまっこんなデカイガレージのよーな佇まい…まるでイオンモールの一階のフードコートが、ガレージにワープしてきたよーな これだけでも結構ワクワクです まず入店すると…『いらっしゃいませ～ぃ』おわっ物凄い店員さんのご挨拶！頭をカキカキ肉団子照れながら、ペコリf(^ー^; とても気持ちが良いですね(o^－^o) お店は 10店舗かな？多種に亘り、全て同じようなカウンターとテーブルを置いています 同じ形態のお店にすることで、開店資金を抑えているんでしょうね～(o^－^o) 午後３時ということで、先客はなし～カウンターの角に座りました もちろんおでん五種盛りをチョイス！最初に出てきた、鶏出汁をグビっと…ほぇ～うめ～( *´艸｀)パイタンスープだぞこれｗｗ 出汁っていうよりもう炊き込み過ぎて黄色いぞ！おでんは、車麩がかっちりしていて、箸でつまんでも崩れません ここまで浸かると普通崩れそうですが、やはり違いますね メチャクチャ美味しいですね(o^－^o) 特筆はやはり大根でしょう なんでこんなに柔らかいのか？とふと厨房を観ますと、なるほど圧力釜使ってますね～なんと！旨すぎて崩れる大根を撮り忘れてしまいました(;￣ー￣A 大根についているとろろ昆布もそのままでも美味しい大根を更に風味、見た目アップでアシスト～さつま揚げも手作り感があり、普段おでんをコンビニでしか食べない肉団子感動でしたね～次回は車を置いてきまーす( *´艸｀) shockさん貴重な状態ありがとうございます！おっと旦那君も～(o^－^o)

店の焼き鳥ってやっぱり美味しいね♪ English: Today, it's been about six months since I last visited Galera in Tachikawa, and I headed out to have Nerimon's chicken broth oden♪ I popped in on a Saturday evening, and there was an empty seat at the counter, so I sat there~ I sipped my usual small cup of chicken broth~ ( *´艸｀) Phew, it was delicious~ ( *´艸｀) Since it was my third time here today, instead of the five-item platter, I ordered the 10-item platter and the wheel-shaped gluten, which aren't on the menu, as a single item~ Of course, it had the standard oden ingredients, but the carrots must have been cooked in a pressure cooker as they were super soft~ ( *´艸｀) The fish paste must have been homemade, too; it wasn't bouncy like the ones you get at the supermarket, but more of a high-class item~ ( *´艸｀) The wheel-shaped gluten was so tasty that you could eat about five meatballs with it lol My niece, who I brought along, was raving about the contents of the fermented lemon sour, so I tried to get her to drink it by mixing a cup of sake with the broth, but she got so drunk she nearly fell over, so I had to cancel the plan at the last minute lol. As expected, delicious sake is great to drink (o^-^o) I'm completely addicted to chicken broth oden and meatballs. Thank you to shock, a veteran food blogger in Hachioji, for introducing me to this dish! (o^-^o)
