昨日はイレギュラーに立川でランチ。
立川と言えば行ってみたいお店がありました。
丸亀製麺のうどん弁当ももちろん気になってはいましたが、
そのお隣にある「PAIKAJI TERRACE （パイカジテラス）」です。
店内は半個室もあって落ち着いた空間です。
カウンターもありましたが、私はテーブル席を選びました。
ランチは単品の沖縄そばのほかに、お得なセットが用意されています。
軟骨ソーキそばにじゅーしーやタコライスが付くので
しっかり食べて働きたい人にもうってつけです。
私はソーキそばとポークたまごおにぎりのセットにしました。
15分くらいで出てきました。
紅生姜は別添え、コーレーグースもデフォルトでついています。
ソーキそばの麺は私がよく食べるものより少し細めかな。
ソーキ2枚にかまぼこが2枚。
ポークたまごおにぎりは食べやすいように
半分にカットされています。
まずはおそばのつゆを一口。
あら、結構かつお出汁強めですね。
麺は心持ちモソッとしてるかな～？
でも、ソーキ（軟骨）はとろぷる！
大抵は軟骨の食感が残っているものですが、
このソーキは軟骨までとろとろです。
唇で噛み切れる（噛み切るって言わないか？？？）くらいです。
へぇ～、このソーキ美味しい♪
コーレーグースもドバッと入れて（容器を傾けたらドバッと出てきた！）
紅生姜も全部入れていただきました。
紅生姜を入れると全体の味が締まって美味しかったですよ。
ポークたまごおにぎりはちょっとマヨネーズ多めでした。
マヨ無しでもいいかも。
でも、これを食べるとハワイのスパムむすびを思い出しちゃいますね。 ( ´Д｀)
