立川は新しいお店が次々オープンしているエリアですが、そのなかでも気になっていたのが「チャイナレストランハイマーレ立川ベース」です。
ランチは1300円で、前菜、中国茶、杏仁豆腐付き。
スペアリブかけごはんは、一般的な中華スペアリブのように八角が効いているわけでなく、まろやかでやさしい味わい。骨まで柔らかです。
エビ焼きそばは、麺の焼き加減が素晴らしい。カリッとふんわりしています。
日本の焼きそばは、焼きというよりも柔らかな蒸しそばですが、こちらは揚げているような中華店の焼きそばのカリッとした食感も併せ持つ印象です。
黒酢酢豚は黒酢のまろやかさが全面に出ています。
ケチャップを利用した酢豚が多いですが、元々は黒酢を使用していたそうです。
黒酢の香りが広がり、かつ、くどくなく最後まで食べられます。
３種もある前菜やスープ、サラダと盛りだくさんですが、杏仁豆腐が特筆すべき味でした。
ブリュレみたいな食感で、濃厚です。イタリア菓子に近い印象でした。
一般的な杏仁豆腐は個人的に好みですが、こちらの杏仁豆腐はまったく違うものですが、忘れ難き味わいでした。
ランチなのでお酒は飲みませんでしたが、ワインの種類も多く、こってりした中華に合いそうです。
ヌーベルシノワのように敷居が高くないものの、洒落たお店でゆったりと料理を楽しめます。
土日のランチで、いろいろついていて1300円はリーズナブルです。
ランチの種類も多かったので、いろいろな人の好みに合うと思われます。
お店のロゴと店名のフォントが親しみやすいのですが、店内に入るとスタイリッシュな雰囲気で驚きました。
子連れもOKで、老夫婦から若いカップルまで幅広い人がいました。
