2023.09【来訪】多摩都市モノレール立川北口から徒歩1分！並びがホテルで…ちょっと怪しいエリアにある中華料理屋さん。事前にネット予約で平日の夜利用。張飛コース4,800円にドリンクで6,500円。コースは２名からですが…とにかく料理の種類が豊富！前菜6点、海老チリ、棒棒鶏、魚、野菜炒め、ふかひれスープ、角煮まんじゅう、海老シュウマイ、チャーハン、杏仁豆腐。ひとつの料理は多くはありませんが…十分な量。一押しは海老チリ。海老が大きくトマトの酸味強めソースが美味。次にふかひれスープ。コショウがきいたスープにフカひれの食感が最高。全体的に八角をつかったものが多い印象があり、どの料理も美味しく、ハズレなし。最後のお茶まで…美味。内容的にみると値段にも文句なし。しいて言えば…中華料理というより中華風のフレンチコースといった感じ。がっつり中華を想像していたので…ちょっと違いました。次回はアラカルトで色々食べてみたいと思います。スタッフは外国の方ですが対応も良く好感が持てます。リピート間違いなし！
