立川駅(北口)より徒歩4分のところにある【大阪焼肉・ホルモンふたご 立川店】さんに初めて伺いました。
ゴールデンウィーク中に伺ったからか１階席満席で２階席で頂きました。
お店に入って知ったのですが、こちらのお店のコンセプトは
『量半分、価格半分で多くのお肉を食べてもらう』との事です。
今回頂いたお料理

総合的にコンセプトでは【量半分、価格半分】とのことですが
確かに量は他店の半分ですが価格は５分の４ぐらいかな？
掲載の写真を見て頂いて表示価格の２倍の値段出せます？って感じ...
個人的にお肉は決してレベルが高いとは思わなかったです。特にタンは臭みが凄かった...
写真は映えるように撮りましたが、基本的に肉小さいし
※この銀のお皿のイメージってだいたいの大きさは世間的には共通だと思うんだけど、イメージのそれよりもお皿が小さい！お皿が小さいから肉の小さいのが分かりにくい...）
また着席すると店員さんがお肉は全部焼いてくれるとの事で、おっと！高級店のそれじゃん！ってテンション上がりましたが、これが一番の問題だと思う。
１人の店員さんが２階席の全てのテーブルの肉を焼いているので、基本的にお肉を焼き始めて直ぐに隣の肉を焼きに行っったり、注文を取りに行っているのでお肉は焼きすぎちゃって焦げちゃっうんだけど、
勝手に食べちゃうと申し訳無くも感じちゃってストレスでした。
そんな感じなんで、ドリンクのお代わりも全然来ないし、お肉を焼くのはお客さんに任せて他のサービスを充実させて欲しいと思いました。
表示価格は確かに安いので初めましてのお客さんは来ると思いますが再訪のお客さんは少ないんじゃないかな？
他の方の口コミ見ると点数に大きなバラつきがあるけど...なるほどね～って感じ...
若い店員さんの接客のみ良かったです。
同じホルモンを食べるなら、ちょっと先の【立川ホルモン】さんの方がよっぽど美味しく高コスパだと思いました。
再訪は無いです。
