日中35度越えの酷暑が続く夏。少し涼しくなった出社日の夜は、一杯飲んで帰りたいもの。
美味しいお好み焼きさんがあるというのでお伺いしたのがこちら。最寄り駅から5分程度でお店に着くことができます。
お店そのものは奥行きがある縦に長いお店で、入ってすぐがカウンター席、奥はテーブル席があります。
ドリンクはやっはり大好きなハイボール！碧にシマシタ。コレコレ、碧も飲みやすくていいね。
今回は特別オープンコースを予約しました。前菜は、とうもろこしのおひたし。
何とも珍しいメニューですが、とうもろこしにしっかり味がついて、甘みもあります。この時期ならではの美味しさですね。
お次の揚げ物は、海老が三尾も入ったトマトクリームの春巻き！揚げたてを特製ボックスに入れて出されます。
ホントにアツアツで、やけとをしないよう気をつけていただききます。少し甘めのクリームが海老ともよく合います。
わんぱくサラダは、お肉、目玉焼き、ブロッコリー、トマトが葉ものの上にのったボリューミーなサラダ。わんぱくサラダは味付けされた薄切り肉が入っているので、葉物を中に巻いていただくのもアリ。
夏鰤の胡麻よごしは、厚みのある鰤にたっぷり白胡麻がついていて、お醤油の味つけがしてあります。胡麻の風味が濃厚で、少しねっとりした食感が美味しいです。
おつけものトリオは、ゴボウのしばづけ、長芋、きゅうり。ゴボウは食感がカリカリで酸味あり、きゅうりはオイキムチのように少し辛みがあり、長芋も少し濃い味つけでお酒のアテになりそう。白飯が食べたくなります笑。
ミニ鉄板の上にのせて運ばれてきたお好み焼きは、小ぶりながら厚みがあるので、見た目以上にボリューミーです。きゃべつ、紅しょうがなどの上に豚肉がのった一般的にいうところの豚玉、ですかね。濃いめのソースとなっています。
時間をかけてとった出汁を使ったお好み焼きは、中はふんわりとして具材もたくさん入っているので、見た目以上に量があり、食べごたえがある一品。味変用に魚粉と黒七味のふりかけがついてくるので、お好みでかけていただくと、黒七味の辛さが良いアクセントになります。
デザートは、ゴールドキウイのシャーベット。甘さと酸味のバランスが良くシャリシャリで美味しかったです。
