Lunch in Tachikawa. I did a quick search on Tabelog and it came out that I hadn't visited it, but I remember going there, so I thought it was Hatena. It seems that it is treated as a new restaurant in the renewal. Climb the stairs, check the daily contents on the way, enter the store around 12 o'clock, 0 customers first, 3 customers later. The inside of the restaurant is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, and there is something like a stove on the table, but there is not much of a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) atmosphere, and it is an adult atmosphere such as a bar. The atmosphere and layout are very different from before the renewal. There are two types of lunch menus: tonteki bowl and daily special. The daily special of the day was stir-fried pork belly and eggplant with miso. The daily special is limited to 10 meals, so I made it a daily special. It will be served in about 10 minutes. Stir-fried pork belly and eggplant with miso paste. Stir-fried miso with a sweet taste. The texture is good with well-cooked pork. The eggplant is fried almost to a simmer. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Like a restaurant, it comes with kimchi and namul, and it's good for resting chopsticks. (January 2024)
