我々・・・探検隊の肉好きチームでも 立川 八王子方面での仕事の後は 大体らーめん系と相場は決まってるのだが、今日はおめでたいこともあるからステーキでもと言ったら オープン記念コースなるモノをやってるお店を見つけて来るわ〜流石
エレベーターを降りるとそこからいい雰囲気
入って行く そこにはラスベガスの街の夜景が・・こう言ったセッティングも カウンターの鉄板の横にはカジノスペース・・本当にやってもいいらしい
カウンターに着いて 夜景を見ながら 今日の赤身のお肉を眺めながら初めてもらいましょう
オープン記念コースと言うことで お店の一押しのステーキを今日は赤身のランプで200gぐらいと前菜を楽しんでくださいと ベテランの笑みがいい感じの大将です A5の黒毛和牛でも、あまりブランド化されてない良い牛入れてますって事で
