For today's lunch, I went to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) TEPPAN Santama Tachikawa branch, which is about a 5-minute walk from the south exit of JR Tachikawa Station, and had the all-you-can-eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) offal (1000 yen). I arrived before 1pm on a weekday, but there were empty seats and I was seated right away. When you order an all-you-can-eat meal, everything except the meat is prepared first, including plates, sauce, tongs, disposable chopsticks, rice, soup, and water. Next, a staff member will come to each customer in order to ask them to choose their favorite meat from a tray of about 10 different meats. The 45-minute all-you-can-eat meal starts from where the meat is served. Refills of rice and soup are OK.The first time, I wanted to try everything, so I asked them to share it with me. Also, even if it is listed on the menu, there may be some meat that is not included in the meat tray, so if you would like to eat it, please check with the staff. I ordered liver and Donuts (pork naankotsu) separately. Below are the types of meat I ate today and my thoughts on it. ・I wonder if it was delicious with rice.・Gatsu ◯ I want alcohol ・Harami ◯ No. 1 best seller, sold out late ・ Donuts ◎ Kitami Yakiniku (Grilled meat) 's standard. The salty taste is delicious. ・Throat ◯ It's hard to burn, but it's crunchy and delicious. ・Tontoro △ Is it too fatty? ・Shiro △ If you have a gun, you don't need it. ・Teppo ◎ The signature offal is delicious even if it's small. ・Liver ◎ This is delicious . Definitely repeat.・Heart ◯ I want alcohol ・White rice ◎ It's not at the level of all-you-can-eat. delicious.・Salt ◎ It's hard to shake, but pink rock salt is delicious. I tried all of them, but if you're going to eat a lot of rice, I think it's better to order something like skirt steak. However, since skirt steak is the best seller and the meat is used up quickly, the store staff seems to be trying not to give out too much at once, so make sure to eat plenty of offal meat. All you can eat hormone Yakiniku (Grilled meat). In any case, there aren't many lunch Yakiniku (Grilled meat) where you can eat just this for 1,000 yen, and they seem to be open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, so I'd like to come back next time with alcohol.
