Recently, I visited "Private Room Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Tachikawaya" with some friends. I've always wanted to visit this restaurant, which is known for its Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and sashimi. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a calm space with a warm Japanese feel. When we were shown to a private room, we were all relieved by the sense of privacy. It was very appealing to have a space where we could enjoy our own time without worrying about those around us. The first thing I ordered was the restaurant's signature Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers). Each skewer of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was carefully grilled, making it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and everyone praised its deliciousness. In particular, I felt that the simple taste of salt-grilled chicken brought out the full flavor of the chicken. The sashimi I was looking forward to next was fresh and did not disappoint. The brightly colored platter was beautiful to look at, and the high-quality sashimi had a strong flavor of each fish. In particular, the lean tuna had a melt-in-your-mouth texture, allowing us to fully enjoy the bounty of the sea.
