Today's detour was to Tachikawa. On my way back from business in this area, I decided to have dinner in the Tachikawa area, and I stopped by this restaurant. Easy access, 3 to 4 minutes from the nearest station exit. The area in front of the station is very cluttered and you may get lost when looking for a store here, but this store was close to the station and easy to find. I made a reservation for the popular raw skewer course in advance. I usually eat raw fish like sashimi, but I don't usually have much meat. I had craft beer for toast, so I started with craft beer. After confirming the brand name, I found out that it was Brooklyn Sorachi Ace, which was my first beer. Easy to drink and has a refreshing taste. Beer goes well with meat. Assorted kimchi is a combination of kimchi and okimchi. This kimchi felt relatively mild. But I'm okay with being in a lot of pain, so maybe that's just how I feel lol. Assorted namul. The standard bean sprouts, zenmai, spinach, and radish. Namul can be eaten in place of salad, and is a good accompaniment to alcohol. Now, this is where the meat starts. Before that, I ordered a Fuji highball. This is a very delicious highball. The first piece of meat is the famous raw skewer. From the right: loin, heart, skirt steak. It can be eaten raw or roasted. He recommends tossing the loin with the yolk and dipping the skirt steak with soy sauce. I have never had raw meat, but when I tried it, it was juicy and delicious. There's no fishy smell at all. Soft and easy to eat. When you roast it, the flavor changes a little and it's also delicious. Unless you absolutely don't like raw food, I recommend raw skewers. My favorite salted tongue comes in thick and thin slices. If anything, I prefer thick slices that are chewy. When served with lemon sauce, it is refreshing and delicious. Deliciousness that makes you want a second helping. Mini Tetsudon. The mini rice bowl that makes you want to eat a little rice is a minced meat bowl topped with yolk and is quite filling. The red meat platter is, from the left, loin, short ribs, and skirt steak. It is recommended that the skirt steak be rare. My favorite parts of so-called red meat. It looked delicious just by looking at the moderate marbling, but it was still delicious. The real pleasure of meat is red meat. The hormones are Shimachu and Kamimino. The more you grill it, the more the fat melts and the meat itself shrinks, but the crunchy texture becomes addictive. There were five desserts to choose from, and I chose strawberry berry Ice cream. It was refreshing and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you for the meal.
