昭島市、東中神にある昔ながらの中華そば屋「◯決」。この辺りは町が小さいけどちょくちょくラーメン店がある。
これで「まるひろ」って読むらしいです。

平日12時半到着。外待ち2名。
中を覗くと空席がある。
どうやら一席間隔を空けてるようです。
カウンターなんだから果たしてこれって意味あるのかな。ってまぁこのご時世ではやらなかったらやなかったで批判してくる人もいるし仕方がないか。
食券はなく後払い。ご夫婦で営業しているみたいだ。
ラーメンは中華そばのみ。このシンプルさに好感持てます。逃げ道がないから。
・中華そば 中 600円
具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、ナルト、海苔。
大ぶりなバラチャーシューが目を引きます。
煮干し香る澄んだスープは塩味抑えめでスッキリとしたもの。
いいですねぇ、この控えめな塩味具合。
動物系は使ってるのかな？昆布だとかの旨みもそこそこに。
中太微縮れ麺をすすれば煮干しと共にネギの風味が綺麗に絡み合う。
中華そばにおいてネギの重要性を改めて認識させられる。海苔も同様。
スープが強すぎないのでより具材を引き立てる感じはあります。
バラチャーシューも脂の甘みを感じるもの。
バチバチの自己主張のあるラーメンとは対極にあるバランス感で食わせるじんわりと美味しい一杯でした。デフォで500円。いい仕事されてます。
