車で何年も通っている道ながら気付く事がありませんでした。
便利な世の中で
「行った事ないお店に行きたいね」
で妻がググって出てきたお店です。
こんなとこにあったんだ(@_@)
しかもウェイティングがかかっててビチクリ！
軒先はもう年期が入っていますが
中を覗くと年期を感じさせないほど綺麗です。
お休みの日に伺ったのでここは「ビール」
ほどなくして付け合わせが出てきましたが
数分後にまた付け合わせが。。。
「あれ？出したっけ？」(笑)とご主人
その受け答えだけで優しさが見てとれました。
ラーメンは王道の懐かしさがこみ上げてくる
スープに麺、じんわり染み渡るしょうゆ味
もう半年前に伺ったのですが今日ふと思い出しました。
（美味しかったなぁ）
味も思い出さないお店もある中
まるひろさんのラーメンは昨日行ったような
これが本当の商売なんだと感じました。
