拝島で創業40年の老舗。石臼挽による自家製粉の二八そばを召し上がれ。
北海道、東北、関東地方、各産地の蕎麦の実を店主自らが吟味して仕入れ。それを店内の石臼にて挽き、時間を置かずに提供する。拝島で創業40年という時を重ね、その風味は深さを増す。そばつゆは、江戸前仕込みのやや辛口濃目と甘口を好みに合わせて選べる。その他“そばの焼きみそ”や“鴨焼き”等、そば屋ならではのツマミに蕎麦焼酎も進む。和の雰囲気が心地よい、落ち着いた店内には座敷席もあり、20名迄の宴会が可能。店舗
