こちらのお店は、J R 青梅線の拝島駅南口から国道１６号線の武蔵野橋南交差点に
向かって歩いくと三分ほど、全国に１５０店舗も展開しているチェーン店な寿司居酒屋
さんで、あちこちの駅前近くなどで良く見かけるお店です。
そぼ降る冷たい雨の中、四人でお店に着いたのは２３：２０ぐらい、店内の先客２０人
ほども皆さま酔っ払っている様でした。先ず、注文したのは生ビール４５０円を四杯、
手羽先唐揚４００円や本日の漬けもの４００円・もろきゅう３００円でした。
この鶏の手羽先唐揚は名古屋の名物だそうで、こしょう強めが本場の味と云われまし
た。なるほど、何ともパリパリとした食感の手羽先唐揚でとてもしっかりとした味わい、
こしょう強めな味にビールもすすんで納得してしまいます。
にぎり寿司は、中とろ２２９円・あなご１２９円・平目のえんがわ２２９円・雲丹２９９円・
いか９９円・ねぎとろ軍艦巻き２９９円でした。どれも四貫ずつ注文してみんなで食べ
ましたが、特に中とろは中々のおいしさ、改めてお店の評価を変えなければ。
時計を見るともう２４：３０過ぎ、あわててタクシーをお願いしましたがどこも電話に出て
くれないとか。しかたなく拝島駅に向かうと最終電車もすでに無く、タクシー乗り場は大
行列が出来あがっていました。
どうやら五日市方面で雪になったらしく、どうりてタクシーがいなくなる訳です。しかた
なく寒い雨の中で二時間待ちを覚悟して並んでいると、さっきまで呑んでいた仲間が
奥さんの運転できてくれました。 あぁ、有難い、ありがたい…
ところで、以前この近くには拝島映画館と云うものがあり、中学生の頃にはタイガーズ/
「銀河のロマンス」とかテンプターズ/「涙のあとに微笑みを」とか日活の変な映画など、
みんなで学校をサボって見に行ったものです。 ４６・４７年前かぁ～ 懐かしいなぁ～
