I decided to have a drink with my colleagues at Kyushu Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) ``Daimeme'' before heading home. The inside of the store is bright and the seats are subtly partitioned. What I ordered was ⚪︎Hakata beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) 1.5 servings) with soy sauce flavor ⚪︎10 bite-sized gyoza ⚪︎Nakatsu fried Gyoza / Dumpling and a bottle of beer. The appetizer is a pile of cabbage topped with sauce. I personally don't like this. You can choose the flavor of Hakata beef Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) from [soy sauce, miso, salt, and spicy]. Once the offal is cooked, it becomes quite small...it's delicious but sad. I want to eat more of the proud jiggly offal. I would like someone to explain in advance when to eat Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and whether it's okay to leave it out. All the dishes are delicious and there is a wide variety of potato shochu.
