昭島駅から徒歩8~10分の、踏切の近くにある落ち着いた雰囲気の焼肉屋さんです。 予約の電話を入れた際、とても親切に対応してくださいました✨
実際に入店してみても、どの店員さんも元気で愛想がよく、居心地がよかったです
さて、お肉の方ですが...
厚みがあり、とにかく柔らかい！少し甘みもあり、タレによく合います。ライスも注文したのですが、お肉のおかげか、それともお米がいいのか、すごく美味しかったです✨
肉寿司はすぐに口の中でとろけ、山葵との相性抜群です。
そして、なんといっても1番のお勧めは焼きしゃぶです。どんなお肉が来るのかと待っていたら、想像以上に大きなお肉が運ばれてきて驚きました（笑）
卵黄もセットでついてきます。
軽く火で炙り、多少赤身のある状態でいただきました。
これが本当に美味しい✨濃厚な黄身に絡むとろっとろのお肉があまりに美味しくて、あっという間に完食。
お写真撮り忘れてしまいましたが、石焼ビビンバやユッケジャンスープもいただきました。どちらも濃い目の味付けで、コクがあり美味しかったです。
お肉のお味は然ることながら、とにかく店員さんの対応が素晴らしいお店でした✨
