昭島駅から少し歩きますが気になる距離ではないです
駐車場もしっかり備えてあります！
案内されると店内は開放感があり落ち着いた空間
2人で来ましたが子連れでも全然問題なさそうです
メニュー表は写真がしっかり載っており、わかりやすいです。写真の撮り方もとても綺麗。

シルクユッケは見た目がもうユッケを超えてます笑
卵黄とあまじょっぱダレ、芽ネギ、ニンニクチップで食べるお肉はとろける美味さ！
キムチは甘みがしっかりあり、辛さも程よくみんな好きなやつ
本場のキムチというよりは日本人が好きな味付けかもしれません
おつけもの慶の味付けに似てるかも
タンは程よい弾力でネギと一緒に食べるとよりさっぱりして何枚でも食べたくなります
超レバーは焼きすぎず周りだけ焼いてごま油と塩をどっぷりつけていただくのが最高に美味しい
ハラミとロースはお店のお任せで味付けをお願いしました。
ハラミはタレ、ロースは塩で
ロースはサシがバッチリ入ってて脂が甘いです
ハラミのタレの味付けも良くて美味しい
焼きしゃぶは1枚が本当に大きい！
サッと炙って卵黄に潜らせて口いっぱいに頬張ると幸せです笑
ホルモン盛りは塩で
こちらもミノ、ホルモン、レバーとどれも美味しい！
焼きしゃぶ以外全て1人前で注文したのですが、見てわかる通り1人前の量がすごく多い！
いいお値段かと思いきや実はコスパがいいです
2人でもいいですが大人数でいろんな種類をたくさん食べるのも楽しめるなと思います。
思ったよりお腹が満たされて〆までいけませんでしたが出汁冷麺はめちゃくちゃ美味しそうでした。。
自宅から昭島は遠いですがまた機会があればお伺いしたいお店です。
