焼き肉に行ってきました。お店は、入口からかなり高級感があるインテリアです。
焼き肉には、ご飯が合います。丑輪ご飯は、一粒一粒がふっくらと炊き上げられ、程よい甘みと弾力のある食感。肉との相性は抜群で、思わずご飯が進んでしまいます。
ナムル盛合せ。辛すぎず、野菜の旨味がしっかり感じられる味わいです。
リブロースは、厚みがありながらも柔らかく、肉汁が溢れ出します。脂の甘みと肉の旨味が口いっぱいに広がり、至福のひとときを味わえます。
