馴染みの鮨屋で新しく鮨屋が開店したという話を聞き訪問してみました。『鮨割烹 菫』
ここは以前『和居や』だったところです。
あー、閉められたんだなぁと少し残念な気分。
カウンターに案内され店内を舐め回すように観察。
お？カウンター正面の飾り棚に
『Tiffanyの食器とマイケルジャクソン』
なんか見覚えあるな…（´-`）
尋ねてみるとやはりご主人は寿司空のご出身なんだそうです。毎日見てたら愛着が湧いて自分の店でも飾ることにしたんだとか。マイケルも趣味で飾っているそうです。

Openして間もないので色々と試行錯誤なのだと思います。晩酌セットもお得感薄い…。
鯵、こはだが一貫500円は高級店並の価格です。昭島という土地柄厳しい価格設定だと思われます。
接待鮨屋よりも地域に愛される店を目指して欲しいなと個人的には思います。
