初めて口コミします。両親と伺いました。
個室ということで期待していたのですが、
①料理の提供が遅すぎる
席に着いた際に、店員さんから時間に余裕があるか聞かれ嫌な気はしていましたが、、、
②席注文はネットからということだが、ほとんどのメニューが「売り切れ」という事で、ろくに注文ができないので、結局は店員を呼ばないと注文できない始末
③お茶や椀物が熱くなくぬるい。いつ入れたのと疑いたくなり提供された際は唖然としました
お店のカウンター席は綺麗ですが、奥の個室の設備は古く、せっかく、両親と来たのに残念でした。
総じて、接客がなってないと感じました。祝日に行ったからなのか分かりませんが、メニューも満足に提供できないなら店自体を開かないで欲しいです。
唯一良かったのは、間延びする時間を過ごしながらも、両親とゆっくりと会話が出来たことでしょうか。
申し訳ないですが、もう行きません。
