予約してからではないとなかなか難しいお店です。
とくに、夜の開店時には、ほとんど予約のお客さんでいっぱい。
私は、ここの石焼ビビンバより右に出るビビンバを知りません。
絶妙なおこげ具合。
味も牛肉や野菜が絶妙に合わさって、箸がすすむ！進む！
お店も石焼ビビンバは入りたてのアルバイト店員には混ぜあわさせたくないようで
（ちゃんと混ぜてくれます。おこげ具合も、混ぜ具合も絶妙に）
傍でみまもりながら新人さんの混ぜ具合をみていました。
私は、焼肉屋に行っても、それほど肉に興味はなくなってしまったので
ひたすら、キムチ、スープ、冷麺、、サラダ、石焼ビビンバなどを食べますが、
ここの石焼ビビンバがいつも恋しくなります～♪
お店の優しいママにも会いたくなります～♪
決して媚びておらず心地よい接客にいつも心が気持ちよくなる。
素敵なお店です。
もちろん、お肉もおいしいです。他のメニューもおいしいです。
また行きたい。何度も足を運びたくなるお店です。
