もっとお金を出せば同等かこれ以上のお店もあるのですが、美味い焼肉を食べたくなった時にはこの店に行っています。
肉・たれ・スープ・ご飯もの・キムチ等において「旨い」の一言です。
お勧めは、
・上カルビ：程良く霜降りになっていて、噛まなくても口の中で溶けてしまうようです。お店の方からは「さっと炙る程度」と説明されますが私はしっかり焼いてしまいます。
・タン塩ぶつ切り：名前の通りタン塩をぶつ切りしたものです。ぶつ切りなので固そうに思えますがとても柔らかくジューシーです。人気メニューらしく品切れの時も多々あります。
・レバー：レバ刺しがメニューから外れたのでこれを注文しています。軽く炙る程度で食べるとレバ刺しとほとんど変わらない食感と味で美味。結構品切れの時が多いです。
・ユッケ：生肉の甘みも感じられ、こちらも口の中で溶けてしまいそう。味付けが抜群です。
・センマイ：黒っぽい色のものが多いのですが、こちらのお店のは白いです。センマイ自体の下味と酢味噌がベストマッチ。
・ビビンバ：ナムルも美味しいがご飯にかかっているタレが美味しい。いつも締めに注文します。
いつ来店しても変わらない肉質と味付けで、従業員さんもテキパキとしていて気持ちが良いです。
特にママの人柄がいいですよ。
土日は予約で満席になってしまうので予約必須です。
家族連れが多いので静かに食事をする雰囲気ではないのですが、まぁ焼肉だし美味しいのでリピートしてしまうのでした。
